About the Role
Dikshi Technologies is seeking a Software Support Engineer responsible for software implementation, client support, troubleshooting, and customer success. The role involves working directly with clients to install, configure, and support software applications while ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and deploy software solutions at client locations.
Provide technical support via phone, remote access, email, and onsite visits.
Diagnose and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting.
Coordinate with the development team to report and track bugs.
Conduct software demonstrations, onboarding, and user training sessions.
Maintain support tickets and customer service records.
Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement requests.
Ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Travel to client sites for implementation and support activities when required.
Required Skills
Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to travel for client support and implementation.
Eligibility
B.Sc (CS/IT)
M.Sc (CS/IT)
BCA / MCA
Diploma in Computer Science / IT
Any Computer-Related Degree
Engineering degree is not mandatory.
Preferred Candidates
Experience in Software Support, Technical Support, ERP Support, Billing Software, Retail Software, or Jewellery Software.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
