Now we need a technical co-founder to help us build the product, the platform, and the company itself. The Opportunity This is not a typical engineering job. We're looking for a founding technical partner — someone who wants to build a long-term company, not just ship code. You'll have complete ownership over the technology function and a real seat at the table on product, growth, and business strategy. If you've ever wanted to build something from zero to one, own a meaningful piece of a company, and shape its direction from day one — this is that opportunity. What You'll Do Own the technical architecture and build the core product from the ground up Design and develop scalable full-stack applications, with a strong focus on AI-powered features Make key product and business decisions alongside the founding team — not just execute on specs Help define the company's technical roadmap, growth strategy, and long-term vision Wear multiple hats: engineering, product, occasionally growth and operations Build and eventually lead the technical team as the company scales Who We're Looking For Strong full-stack development skills with the ability to build and ship independently Experience with AI, automation, or scalable web applications (strongly preferred) A genuine entrepreneurial mindset — you think like a builder and an owner, not just a contributor Ability to commit full-time and make this your primary focus Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions beyond just writing code Passionate about startups, ownership, and building something meaningful from scratch Resilient, resourceful, and motivated by long-term upside over short-term stability What You Get 5.0% – 8.0% equity as a true founding member with significant ownership A seat at the table in shaping product, technology, and business direction The opportunity to build an AI-first hiring platform from an early, high-traction stage Full autonomy and trust to lead the technical side of the company The chance to grow into a long-term leadership role as the company scales Compensation This is an equity-only founding opportunity — there is no salary at this stage.
