About the Role
HROne is hiring Fresher Software Engineer Trainees for its Platform Engineering team. This is a coding-first, generalist software engineering role where you'll work across product development, customer implementations, integrations, and testing.
Based on your strengths and aptitude, you may grow into Customer Engineering or SDET, while also contributing to core platform features.
🔧 What You'll Work On
Write clean code for features, integrations, and customer requirements
Work with Python, APIs, databases, and backend systems
Build unit, integration, and automated tests
Work on data modelling and debugging
Create API and technical documentation
Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams
Learn and work with new tools and technologies
✅ Must-Have
Hands-on Python
Hands-on MongoDB
Understanding of DSA, APIs, and databases
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
A "figure-it-out" attitude and willingness to learn
⭐ Good to Have
FastAPI, JavaScript
SQL & data modelling
Selenium, Postman, Pytest, Locust
AWS / public cloud
Git
Internship or project experience
