About the Role:
Kreate is looking for enthusiastic and analytical freshers to join our team as Trainee Business Analysts. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in business process automation, enterprise applications, and Microsoft PowerApps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs.
• Assist in mapping and optimizing business processes and workflows.
• Support the development and implementation of business process automation solutions using Microsoft PowerApps.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and project documentation.
• Assist in testing applications, identifying issues, and validating solutions against business requirements.
• Work closely with developers and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Participate in client discussions, project reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Learn and apply best practices in business analysis and enterprise process automation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SQL is an advantage.
• Exposure to Microsoft PowerApps or Power Automate is a plus.
