The role involves working with stakeholders, understanding business needs and helping teams make informed decisions.Responsibilities* Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders.* Analyze data and prepare reports and insights.* Document business processes and workflows.* Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.* Support project teams with business analysis activities.* Communicate findings clearly to technical and business teams.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.* Freshers from the 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 batches are eligible.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel or data analysis.* Good communication and documentation skills.* Ability to work effectively with different teams.
