**About the Role**CertifyOS is looking for an Operations Analyst to support healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment operations. You will research provider information, process applications and maintain accurate records while working with a remote team.**Location:** Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai or New Delhi **Work Mode:** Remote **Experience:** 0–3 years **Employment Type:** Full-time **Qualification:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience **Expected Salary:** ₹3–8 LPA (unconfirmed estimate)**Responsibilities**- Research and verify provider licensing and credential information.- Process provider credentialing, licensing and payor enrollment applications.- Validate records and maintain high data accuracy.- Communicate with providers and clients to collect missing information.- Prepare research summaries and clear documentation.- Support client implementation and operational projects.**Requirements**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.- Strong English communication skills.- Good research skills and attention to detail.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
