This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates and final-year students interested in data analytics, business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.**Location:** Pune, Maharashtra, India **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Employment Type:** Full-time **Experience:** Freshers **Eligible Batches:** 2025 and 2026**Responsibilities**- Collect, clean and transform data from multiple sources.- Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends.- Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to business problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights.- Maintain data quality, accuracy and documentation.- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.**Requirements**- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or a related field.- Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel.- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.- Understanding of statistics, probability and hypothesis testing.- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.- Academic projects or internship experience in data analytics or business intelligence is an advantage.**Preferred Skills**- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or Looker.- Knowledge of ETL, data modelling and cloud data warehouses.- Exposure to machine learning fundamentals or product analytics tools.
