Senior ML Researcher (6+ years of experience)Lead foundational research in continual learning and adaptive AI systems. Investigate the stability-plasticity trade-off and how models can acquire new knowledge without forgetting existing knowledge. Explore non-parametric memory and its integration with continuously learning models.2. Senior ML Research Engineer — Training & Inference Systems (4+ years of experience)Build and optimize model training and inference infrastructure. Improve latency, throughput, scalability, and compute efficiency. Develop systems that support personalized, continuously learning AI models and real-time serving.3. Senior Applied AI EngineerBridge AI research and real-world product development. Turn experimental prototypes into reliable, production-ready AI applications. Optimize model quality, application performance, reliability, and inference costs.4. Senior Software Engineer (4+ years of experience)Design and build core software systems from the ground up. Own engineering projects across architecture, development, and production.
