**About the Role**Eli Lilly and Company is hiring an Intern - CI&A Data Analyst for its Bengaluru team. The role focuses on commercial data analytics, performance reporting and generating actionable insights to support brand and business teams. The intern will work with SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI and Generative AI tools to improve analytical workflows and reporting efficiency.**Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka, India **Job Category:** Sales/Marketing **Employment Type:** Full-time, Temporary (Fixed Term)**Responsibilities**- Work with governed commercial datasets using Databricks Unity Catalog.- Analyze customer journeys, segmentation, targeting, channel spending and customer persistency.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.- Query data using SQL and Python in Databricks notebooks.- Use Generative AI tools to summarize insights and automate routine reporting tasks.- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.- Support brand performance monitoring, launch tracking and commercial analytics.**Requirements**- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline from a Tier-I institute.- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.- Knowledge of AWS services and Databricks is an advantage.- Good presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to collaborate with international teams and work across time zones.
