**About the Role**GLG is hiring Associates for its Client Solutions team in Gurugram. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates who want to build careers in client servicing, business development and project management while working with leading financial services firms, consultancies and global businesses.**Location:** Gurugram, Haryana **Experience:** 0–1 years **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Shift:** Flexible early morning, evening or night shifts; 24/5 operations with 9-hour shifts.**Responsibilities**- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide tailored support.- Manage client projects from initial scoping through expert identification and final delivery.- Identify and engage industry experts to address client needs.- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and support business growth.- Contribute to account management, revenue growth and client retention.- Follow company compliance policies and maintain high standards of service.**Requirements**- Bachelor's degree or higher.- 0–1 years of experience in client-facing, sales or account management roles.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work flexible shifts.- Interest in data, business insights and understanding numbers.
