**About the Role**Deloitte is hiring entry-level Business Solution Analysts for its Global Employer Services Technology Center in Hyderabad. This opportunity is suitable for graduates from business and technology backgrounds who want to build careers at the intersection of technology, legislation, research and application testing. Training will be provided on existing applications and next-generation tools.**Location:** Hyderabad, Telangana **Experience:** Entry-Level / Freshers **Shift Timing:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM**Responsibilities**- Perform manual testing using Deloitte applications and Microsoft Excel.- Support the maintenance and smooth functioning of existing applications.- Research legislative topics and application-related issues across multiple platforms.- Collaborate with global teams to investigate, resolve and communicate legislative and application updates.- Use AI tools to improve research, documentation and problem-solving efficiency.- Maintain accurate records and support timely delivery of assigned tasks.**Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology discipline, such as B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, B.E., BCA or B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science.- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.- Experience using AI tools through academic work, internships or personal projects.- Basic familiarity with SQL, C# or JScript through coursework or projects.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities and work independently.- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with colleagues across regions.
