**About the Role**HCLTech is hiring Analysts for its Generative AI team across multiple locations in India. This opportunity is suitable for engineering graduates, including freshers with practical AI/ML project experience and strong Python skills. Candidates will work on AI agents, LLM-based applications and machine learning solutions with guidance from experienced team members.**Location:** Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru and Pune **Experience:** 0–3 years **Employment Type:** Full-Time**Responsibilities**- Develop AI agents using Python, LangGraph and LangChain on cloud AI platforms.- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical tasks.- Collect and preprocess data for model training, evaluation and deployment.- Assist in optimizing and fine-tuning AI models for performance, scalability and reliability.- Research emerging developments in Generative AI and AI/ML.- Maintain technical documentation for AI/ML projects and workflows.- Learn from senior team members and contribute to continuous improvement.**Requirements**- Engineering degree; fresh graduates are eligible.- Strong Python programming skills for Generative AI applications.- Hands-on AI/ML or LLM project experience through academics, internships or personal projects.- Familiarity with at least one of deep learning, NLP, LLMs, image segmentation or image processing.- Understanding of data processing and preprocessing using Python.- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
