**About the Role**Retape AI is hiring Product Engineers for its Bengaluru team to build AI-powered solutions for the debt-settlement industry. The role focuses on solving customer problems end-to-end, building intelligent agents and delivering practical solutions using the technologies best suited to each problem.**Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka **Work Mode:** In-Office **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Experience:** 1–3 years **Salary:** ₹20–27 LPA **Working Hours:** US time zone; comfort with these working hours is mandatory**Responsibilities**- Build scalable AI-powered products that solve real customer problems.- Develop voice agents, chat agents and AI data assistants.- Work on multi-agent orchestration and complex financial reconciliation workflows.- Take ownership of customer problems from understanding the issue to delivering a solution.- Choose appropriate technologies and approaches based on the problem being solved.- Collaborate with the engineering team to build and improve the company's AI-native platform.**Requirements**- 1–3 years of full-time work experience.- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.- Ability to take ownership of problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.- Interest in building AI-powered products and working with emerging technologies.- Willingness to work in person from Bengaluru.- Comfort working according to US time zones.
