## About the RoleNokia is hiring a Site Engineer for its Product Validation & Test (PV&T) R&D team to develop and deploy optical test stations at manufacturing sites. The role focuses on improving test station performance, debugging hardware and software, and integrating R&D solutions into manufacturing workflows.**Location:** India / Malaysia **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Department:** Product Validation & Test (PV&T) R&D **Experience:** 3+ Years## Responsibilities- Develop, debug and improve optical test stations.- Integrate test stations into manufacturing test workflows.- Analyze test data and improve testing procedures.- Implement hardware, software and process changes.- Maintain reliable test protocols and documentation.- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.## Requirements- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Physics or a related field.- At least 3 years of experience in optical or electrical test stations or ATE development.- Knowledge of optical measurement principles and test hardware/software.- Experience with coherent pluggable or TROSA test stations is valuable.- Familiarity with electrical design, PCB, RF or fixture development.- Knowledge of Git or Azure DevOps.- Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing sites in Thailand and Malaysia.
