## About the RoleEY is hiring an Associate Analyst for its GTM Content Delivery Support team within the Clients & Industries function. The role involves managing and publishing digital content, updating web pages, maintaining content libraries and using GenAI tools to improve content delivery and user experience.**Team:** Clients & Industries – Demand Generation **Role:** GTM Content Delivery Support ## Responsibilities- Publish and update web content and digital assets.- Build and maintain simple web pages using templates.- Manage content migration and bulk updates.- Update content using Adobe CMS, Workfront and SharePoint.- Maintain EY's visual branding and content standards.- Use GenAI tools to improve content quality and consistency.- Support testing and release activities for content management tools.## Requirements- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and GenAI tools.- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery or Python.- Interest in content management and user experience.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.- Good coordination, time management and organizational skills.- Willingness to learn content management platforms and collaborate with global teams.
