### About the RoleBlack Box is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) for its Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services team. The role offers structured training and hands-on experience in enterprise technology projects.**Location:** Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata **Experience:** Freshers–1 year **Employment Type:** Full-time **Salary:** ₹3 LPA **Open Positions:** 20 **Preferred:** Local candidates### Responsibilities- Participate in technical training and on-the-job learning.- Assist in deploying and supporting AV, networking, ELV, cybersecurity, and data center solutions.- Support installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technology systems.- Monitor infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues.- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and network diagrams.- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors.- Assist with audits, preventive maintenance, and technology evaluations.### Requirements- Diploma Engineering, B.Sc., BCA, BCS, MCA, or M.Sc.- Relevant engineering disciplines include Computer, IT, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Electronics & Telecommunications.- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, IP technologies, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.- Willingness to travel to client or project locations when required.### Preferred Skills- Academic projects or internship experience in networking, IT infrastructure, ELV, security systems, AV technologies, cloud computing, or data centers.- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office, and structured cabling.- Teamwork, adaptability, customer orientation, and learning agility.
