As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software applications Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency Work on backend and/or frontend systems depending on project requirements Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++ Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Familiarity with web development concepts is a plus Problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot, React, Node.js, or Django Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture Experience with Git and version control systems Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Eligibility Criteria Batch: 2024, 2025, 2026 Experience: 6 months to 1 year (internships included) Strong interest in software development and technology What You Will Gain Opportunity to work on real-world scalable applications Competitive salary package (₹12–18 LPA) Hands-on experience with modern technologies Mentorship from experienced engineers Fast career growth opportunities Location Gurgaon or Bangalore (On-site)
