Information we handle

Depending on the feature, we handle account details from Replit sign-in, candidate and recruiter profiles, resumes, applications, Career Connect requests, messages, payment references, support inquiries, and technical or usage information. Google Analytics 4 measures website visits and interactions.

Use and sharing

We use information to operate accounts, show jobs, process applications and service requests, provide career tools, confirm manual payments, respond to users, protect the website, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Information may be shared with the recruiter or creator involved in a request, service providers needed for the feature, or authorities where required by law.

AI tools and resumes

Chatbot messages are processed through OpenAI. Interview prompts may contain resume-derived details and are sent to ElevenLabs to create speech; raw resumes and candidate answers or reports are not sent to ElevenLabs. ATS reports and limited previews may remain in server memory for up to six hours. Shared report links require sign-in and do not include the uploaded original resume.

Retention and requests

We retain information only as reasonably needed for service delivery, account and transaction records, security, disputes, and legal obligations. You may email ceo@referralworldcareers.com to request access, correction, or deletion; requests are handled under laws in force, and some records may need to be retained.

Complaints

Email ceo@referralworldcareers.com with your account email and relevant service or payment reference. Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month where required by applicable e-commerce rules. India's data-protection framework has phased commencement; this policy does not suggest every provision is already in force.
