1. Built and deployed full-stack systems for business clients from requirements through ongoing support: an AMC Management System, a Hospital Management System, a truck load-volume measurement system, and a community platform for graphologists.2. Developed a C\# (.NET) control application for a friction welding machine for Varroc Engineering, replacing legacy LabVIEW software. It runs the weld cycle as a 100 Hz state machine, controls the hydraulic valve through a DAQ card using feed-forward plus PID, stores recipes and weld history in SQLite, shows live pressure and position graphs, and reads spindle data over serial.3. Client systems are in daily use. Also provided troubleshooting and technical support for industrial clients.
