Software Engineer Intern – Business Analysis & CRM Implementation

During my six-month internship at Acidaes Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (BusinessNext), I supported the analysis and documentation of a CRMNEXT-based credit-card lead-management solution for the BFSI domain. My responsibilities included requirement analysis, end-to-end process mapping in Bizagi Modeler, gap analysis, BRD/FRD and use-case documentation, and documenting field validations, deduplication logic, role-based access, dynamic assignment rules, status transitions, automated workflows and operational reports. I collaborated with developers, QA professionals and project managers and supported solution demonstrations and stakeholder walkthroughs. My key achievement was translating a complex credit-card acquisition journey into structured, implementation-ready functional workflows covering lead creation through approval, rejection and closure.
