Career Connect services
Career Connect payments are confirmed manually. A seeker pays the creator's listed price plus a ₹5 handling fee; ReferralWorld's 20% fee is deducted from the creator payout. Contact us if the creator cannot deliver or you cancel before the service is complete. Requests are reviewed using the service status and payment reference. Completed work and missed confirmed sessions are not normally refundable, subject to exceptional circumstances and rights under applicable law.
Paid digital resources
A change of mind or non-use will not normally qualify for a refund once access has been provided. Contact us if access was not provided, you were charged more than once, or the resource materially differs from its description. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Training and other paid offers
The AI-enabled training enrollment form is an inquiry, not a checkout. The current price, schedule, deliverables, and cancellation or refund terms will be provided before payment. The public Pricing page does not currently offer the legacy ₹149, ₹299, or ₹999 plan catalog for purchase. For any other paid offer, rely on the current terms shown before payment.
Request review and grievance contact
Email ceo@referralworldcareers.com with your request or order reference, payment reference, and explanation. Requests are reviewed manually. Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month where required by applicable e-commerce rules. Payment-channel processing may affect the time for an approved refund to reach you.
