Platform services

The platform provides job listings and referrals, candidate and recruiter profiles, resume and interview tools, resources, training inquiries, Career Connect creator services, and hiring tools. We do not guarantee a job, interview, referral, or placement. Recruiters and Career Connect creators provide their own opportunities or services.

Accounts and acceptable use

Some features require sign-in. Provide accurate information, protect your account, and submit only content you may lawfully share. Do not use the website to deceive, harm, spam, scrape without permission, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or interfere with another user or the service.

Prices, payments, and refunds

Prices and purchase terms will be shown or confirmed before payment. For Career Connect, the seeker pays the listed price plus a ₹5 handling fee; ReferralWorld deducts a 20% fee from the creator payout. Career Connect payment confirmation is manual. Training enrollment is an inquiry, not checkout. Legacy payment-plan catalog entries are not current offers unless shown in an active purchase flow. Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Send a consumer grievance to ceo@referralworldcareers.com with your name, contact email, and relevant service or payment reference. Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month where required by applicable e-commerce rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer rights and the jurisdiction of courts determined under applicable law.
